At the core of MDN Edify Education's achievement is a visionary leader, Mr. Dayanand Agarwal, founder and Chairman of the DRS Group. His tireless energy, clarity of vision and unrelenting passion for education have built the foundation for a lasting legacy.
He is ably assisted by his two sons, Dr. A.K. Agarwal and Mr. Sanjay (S.K.) Agarwal, and the future-generation torchbearer, Mr. Garv Agarwal — a leadership team that brings experience, innovation and commitment to every endeavour.

Shri Dayanand Agarwal is the founder of the DRS Group. It is the Chairman's passion for education and his vision of providing innovative education at affordable costs to the masses that has been a key turning point in the group's history and that has acted as a driving force in the Group's unparalleled growth in the education sector.
He is a firm believer in the school of thought that education has to provide children joyful learning experiences that shape and define their character. The Chairman is of the view that leaders are not made or born.
He is a very simple person and so are his ideas and outlook into any aspect of business. He believes in the fulfilment of commitments and setting well-defined targets that lead to results. He is a man with vision and innovation. He believes in hard work and consistency and advocates a work ethic of passion and dedication. His vision has made the DRS Group a brand name in all the segments it has ventured into.
