How do I apply for admission at an Edify school?
Start by finding your nearest school. Then send an enquiry, visit the campus, collect the application form, and submit it with the required documents. The school confirms the admission once the form is accepted and fees are paid.
Are admissions open now?
Yes. Admissions are open for the academic year 2027–2028 at our schools, subject to seat availability and eligibility. Each school page shows its current admissions status.
Can I visit the campus before applying?
Of course, and we recommend it. Book a campus visit and our admissions team will show you the classrooms, labs and facilities and answer your questions in person.
What documents are needed for admission?
Usually: the child's birth certificate, the previous school's report card and Transfer Certificate (if applicable), passport-size photographs of the child and parents, and any board exam results. Please bring the originals for verification. Your school will share its exact list.
Is there an application or registration fee?
Most schools charge a nominal fee for the application form and brochure. The amount differs by campus, so the school's admissions office will confirm it.
Is there an age requirement for each grade?
Yes. Age eligibility for each grade follows the board and state guidelines that apply to the school. The admissions team will confirm the right grade for your child's date of birth.

Which curriculum do Edify schools follow?
All our schools follow the CBSE curriculum. Many campuses also offer the Cambridge (IGCSE) pathway. Each school page on Find a School lists the curricula available there.
How do I choose between CBSE and Cambridge?
It depends on your child's learning style and future plans. Try our 2-minute Curriculum Advisor, or talk to an advisor for personal guidance.
Which grades do Edify schools offer?
Our schools start from International Kindergarten (IK1–IK3). Several campuses go up to Grade 12, and others are adding a higher grade every year. Check your chosen school's page for its current grade range.
What is the Edify 3C approach?
Our learning is built on three pillars: Content (what we learn), Competence (what we can do) and Character (who we become). Children gain strong subject knowledge, real-world skills and lasting values together.
What languages can my child learn?
Along with English, students learn national and regional languages and, at many campuses, a foreign language such as French. The options vary by school.

What are the school fees?
Fees depend on the campus, grade and curriculum, so each school sets its own fee structure. For exact details, talk to an advisor or contact the school directly.
How are fees paid?
The payment schedule and accepted payment methods are shared by your school's admissions office when the admission is confirmed.
Are transport and meals included in the fees?
Usually transport and meals are charged separately from tuition, but this varies by school. Your admissions advisor will give you the full breakdown.

What facilities do Edify campuses have?
Our campuses typically have smart classrooms, science and computer labs, robotics and STEM labs, a library, arts, music and dance rooms, and sports facilities. Facilities vary by campus, so please check the school page or visit in person.
What sports, arts and clubs are available?
Our schools aim for at least 12 sports facilities, 12 performing and visual arts facilities, and 12 clubs and innovation programmes, so every child can find something they love.
Do any Edify schools offer residential or day boarding options?
Yes. Edify School, Tirupati offers day and residential options, and Edify School, Chhindwara offers day boarding. All other schools are day schools.
Are there field trips and international programmes?
Yes. Students go on field trips, and where applicable, international tours and exchange programmes, for real-world learning and a global outlook.

How do you keep students safe on campus?
Our campuses are safe and monitored, with CCTV surveillance, trained support staff, controlled entry, an on-campus medical facility, and counselling support.
Is school transport available?
Most schools run buses with GPS tracking, trained drivers and attendants. Routes and availability vary by campus, so your school's admissions team will confirm coverage for your area.
Do you provide meals at school?
Many campuses have a cafeteria serving nutritionist-planned meals. Please check with your chosen school for its meal arrangements.
Is there support for children with special learning needs?
Our schools have counselling support and a special education cell to guide children who need extra help. Please discuss your child's needs with the school during your visit.
